The corporation's primary function was to own and maintain a building that was rented inits entirety to HealthReach Community Health Centers for the operation of a medical practice known as Sheepscot Valley Health Center, which is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Our goal was to provide safe, attractive, comfortable, and efficient office space to best serve the patients and staff of the health center. Last year we performed ongoing maintenance, repairs, and usability improvements, such as installing programmable thermostats, continuing the transition to LED bulbs, and installing a floor-level scale for patient weigh-in. The corporation was dissolved on June 15, 2022. All assets of the corporation, including the building, land, and liquid assets, were distributed to or are in the course of being distributed to HealthReach.
