To provide a place for the Town of Winter Harbor Library. Above are the donated gift income and expenses of maintaining the building and grounds for year 2021. Some major upkeep issues were addressed in this year but Channing Chapel does all the upkeep that included repair of some of the stained-glass windows and starting repairs in the basement. Library donated income received is not market rental or a fixed fee but a donated gift and used toward utility expenses.
