The primary objective is to strengthen awareness of the challenges and opportunities to maintain well-managed forests and connect sustainably harvested and salvaged forest resources to markets for those wood products. The Artisan EcoTour program also aims to contribute to the Puerto Rican economy and strengthen local artisan wood production and market opportunities.
