In 2025, the program included a three-day leadership retreat, civic training sessions, participation in Latina Action Day Sacramento, and presentation of a collective community benefit project. Latina Economic Advancement Program LEAP - In 2025, LEAP continued its dual-track focus on Financial Literacy and Workforce Development, offering a series of workshops designed to equip Latinas with the skills needed to secure higher paying employment and strengthen household financial resilience. Modules included budgeting, credit-building, career readiness, and job search strategies. The program concluded with Futura Fest, our annual career fair. Participants also had the opportunity to access stipends for 1:1 career coaching, professional headshots, and childcare vouchers, facilitating access and retention. LEAP fosters peer support and networking, reinforcing our mission to generate economic mobility within Latina communities.
