A $25 GAS BOTTLE FOR A STOVE WAS PROVIDED TO AN ELDERLY COUPLE IN RURAL SRI LANKA, SUPPLEMENTING A KITCHEN KIT SUPPLIED BY A LARGER AID AGENCY WHICH FAILED TO INCLUDE THE GAS BOTTLE.- WE FOLLOWS A "DO NO HARM" POLICY, CONDUCTING SITE VISITS AND ESTABLISHING A POINT OF CONTACT BEFORE FUNDING ANY RESPONSE. -WE PROVIDED SIGNIFICANT AID AFTER HURRICANE KATRINA, REMAINING ON-SITE IN MISSISSIPPI AND LOUISIANA FOR 18 MONTHS TO ASSIST WITH CASEWORK AND SUPPLY NEW BEDS TO THE FLOOD-AFFECTED AREAS.
