HGRL is a New Hampshire not-for-profit corporation that previously owned and operated two hospitals and their affiliated programs and services in the Twin Rivers and Lake Winnipesaukee regions of NH approximately 90 miles north of Boston, MA. HGRL ceased all hospital and healthcare services as of May, 2021. All activity after the May 2021 transaction consisted of wind-down transactions only. For the tax year ending September 30, 2022, HGRL did not incur any operations or activity, and the Organization transferred all remaining net assets to the HGRL Liquidating Trust.
