The Monarch School of New England's work begins with a simple, but important premise: every student has potential, and every student can learn. For more than 50 years, the school has provided students with special needs with a welcoming, caring educational environment where they can grow and thrive.The Monarch School of New England is a nonprofit, specialized day school serving students with special needs, ages 5-22. As an out of district placement, the school partners with school districts in New Hampshire and southern Maine to provide a comprehensive education to students whose needs are not being met in a public school setting. The school has two campuses, both located in Rochester, NH.Utilizing an integrated and collaborative approach, the Monarch School of New England provides comprehensive academic, life skills, vocational, and community-based programming, with robust therapeutic and medical support, to ensure students with disabilities can fully access their education, develop independence, and reach their greatest potential. The school is accredited by the NH Department of Education as a Nonpublic School and a Special Education School.
