TO EDUCATE, TRAIN, AND CERTIFY ALL VOLUNTEER COACHES AND INSTRUCTORS TO THE HIGHEST SKILL LEVEL AND ENSURE THAT THE ACTIVITY ENVIRONMENT IS SAFE AND OF HIGH QUALITY.
