Our apprenticeship programs hosted 9 butcher apprentices and 2 culinary apprentices.

The farm grant program supports innovative agricultural and conservation projects on the Spannocchia property, reflecting our commitment to education and the environment. The board considers project proposals that showcase responsible land and water use, demonstrate trailblazing permaculture practices, and inspire and educate visitors about climate-conscious choices. In 2024, we helped fund upgrades to the wastewater management and water conservation systems that serve the property.
