RFL ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL, ENRICHING PROGRAMS THAT ARE FREE AND OPEN TO ALL. RFL ALSO WORKS WITH AREA SCHOOLS, NONPROFITS, AND DAYCARE CENTERS TO ENCOURAGE CHILDHOOD LITERACY THROUGH PROVIDING MATERIALS AND PROGRAMS ON SCHOOL CAMPUSES, AT THE LIBRARY, AND OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE FIVE SURROUNDING RUTLAND COUNTY TOWNS.
