Parent Child Center - Funded by the Vermont Agency of Human Services, Dept. of Children and Families Services, and the Child Development division, this programs purpose is to provide prevention, early intervention, and early child development services to expectant and parenting families of young children including those with children who are medically, socio-economically or developmentally at risk.
