This was accomplished through our toll free hotline, presentations, conferences, workshops, media advertising, website and various printed media including a quarterly newsletter. Data is collected and semiannual reports are developed that evaluate the success of the BIAVT's activities and help suggest changes and/or additions to our service and program offerings.
