Adopt-a-School Program- The Swinerton Foundation partners with SkillsUSA to prepare high school students for careers in trade occupations. SkillsUSA is a national nonprofit that works to improve the quality of the future workforce by giving them personal, workplace, and technical skills grounded in academics. Our partnership began in 2020, and we have supported SkillsUSA carpentry programs in nine high schools across the country, providing cash grants to classrooms for materials and tools, as well as Career Essential and other educational resources.
