PROGRAMS ARE FREE OR AT A MINIMUM FEE TO PROMOTE ARTISTIC ABILITIES FOR ALL AGE GROUPS. THE FACILITY IS OWNED BY THE CITY AND THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP THE VVAA IS ALLOWED TO EXPOSE OUR COMMUNITY TO TRAVELING ART DISPLAYS, SPECIALIZED RECOGNITION ARTISTS, EMERGING ARTISTS AND ENCOURAGE ALL AGES TO CREATE ART WORK.
THE VVAA AND ITS FACILITIES HOST COMMUNITY EVENTS, DROP IN CLASSES, YOUTH AND ADULT CLASSES FREE TO THE STUDENTS, MEMBERSHIP AND BOARD MEETINGS.
