ON DECEMBER 22, 2017 THE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO AN AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MORGAN MEMORIAL GOODWILL INDUSTRIES, INC., A MASSACHUSETTS 501 (C) (3) ORGANIZATION WHICH BECAME ITS SOLE MEMBER. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2019, ALL ASSETS AND PROPERTY OF GOODWILL WERE TRANSFERED TO MORGAN MEMORIAL GOODWILL INDUSTRIES, INC. AND GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF THE PIONEER VALLEY, INC. WAS DISSOLVED.

GOODWILL'S MISSION SERVICES HELPED INDIVIDUALS WHO FACED BARRIERS TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY PREPARE FOR THE WORKPLACE AND CREATE MORE REWARDING AND INDEPENDENT LIVES. IN THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2019, GOODWILL'S PROGRAMS SERVED 197 INDIVIDUALS. PLACEMENT ORIENTED JOB TRAINING PROGRAMS ENROLLED 71 INDIVIDUALS CONSIDERED HARDEST TO EMPLOY AND HELPED 54 FIND JOBS. IN ADDITION, GOODWILL OFFERED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND DAY PROGRAMS TO 102 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND OTHER DISABILITIES AND ADULT FOSTER CARE SERVICES TO 24.
