The orchestra performed Faure's Masques et Burgamasques, Chaminade's seldom heard Concertino for Flute and Orchestra, and Brahms' Symphony No. 4. Members of the orchestra included adults and high school-aged amateur and paid performers. Prior to concert hall doors opening, students of local music teachers performed in the vestibule for the entertainment of concert-goers. At intermission, refreshments were sold by an unaffiliated organization to raise funds for charitable purposes.
