AS ONE OF THE OLDEST GRASSROOTS TENANT ORGANIZATIONS, WE DEDICATE OURSELVES TO DEFENDING THE RIGHT TO QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR PEOPLE OF ALL RACES AND CULTURES AS WELL AS PROMOTING TENANT EMPOWERMENT THROUGH ACTIVE TENANT PARTICIPATION IN LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT.
