THE LOWELL TRANSITIONAL LIVING CENTER PROVIDES THE MOST VULNERABLE ADULTS IN THE (SEE SCHEDULE O) COMMUNITY WITH FOOD, SHELTER, STABILITY AND DIGNITY.
