PROVIDING MEDICAL EDUCATION AND MEDICAL SERVICES THROUGH DULYQUALIFIED AND LICENSED PHYSICIANS, NURSES, AND SUPPORT PERSONNELFOR THE BENEFIT OF BERKSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER, INC. AND AFFILIATEDORGANIZATIONS. BERKSHIRE FACULTY SERVICES EMPLOYS FACULTYMEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS MEDICAL SCHOOL ANDBERKSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO PATIENTS ATBERKSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER; SUCH PATIENT CARE IS AN INTEGRAL PART OFTHE CLINICAL INSTRUCTION PROVIDED FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS ANDRESIDENTS.
