The organization has several ongoing programs including, the extraordinary brain series symposia, that occurs biennially and allows renowned researchers to come together to discuss, dissect, and reassemble a cutting-edge topic within the neuroscience, cognitive science, and education research related to reading and dyslexia. The next scheduled symposium will specifically address dyslexia identification and approaches to instruction for poor and minority children with reading difficulties.
