SMC offers a series of step-down residential programs and wrap-around support services across the housing continuum offering consistency and stability. SMC's residential programs include two Adult Family Shelter Programs, a Young Parenting Living Program (YPLP) for young mothers ages 13-22 and their children, and a Transitional Housing Program, "First Home," for young families. Through four pillars of support: life skills; behavioral health and family medicine; education and workforce development; and, permanent affordable housing, SMC provides the supportive services needed to propel families towards their personal goals and a sustainable future.
