Sociocracy For All continued its core work of supporting egalitarian self-government through training, consulting, and materials development and distribution. The Academy Levels 1 & 2 are our advanced training programs. We had 69 participants in three cohorts of Level 1 and 32 in two cohorts of Level 2. We held multiple classes and webinars reaching about 550 people across 21 offerings. We hosted two day-long online conferences reaching about 200 participants. We had 282,334 website views, and our videos on YouTube were watched 26,457 times. We have 7 books in print plus some translated editions, and distributed about 520 print books and 320 ebooks. Interest in egalitarian self-government continues to grow in many fields, including worker cooperatives, intentional communities, nonprofits, and tech consulting groups. We have added additional support programs for people practicing and teaching sociocracy as more people complete training, begin implementing sociocracy, and start their own professional work. In addition, we've created new offerings across multiple languages that help to make common sociocracy concepts more readily available.
