Activities include the development and publication of materials such as the Directory of Property Insurance Plans, Compendium of Property Insurance Plans, PIPSO Reports, FAIR and Beach Plan Underwriting Results and Market Penetration Report, and the Compilation of Expenses and Associated Ratios. The Organization also plans and hosts the annual PIPSO Executive Leadership Conference and the Claims and Underwriting Conference. In addition, the Organization performs underwriting and claims file reviews for members to assess compliance with established standards and guidelines and prepares related reports.
