In addition to raising and providing funds for those NACA activities to which a charitable contribution deductible under the relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code can be made, the NACA Charitable Fund will undertake activities to ensure that the rights of consumers are promoted, and to educate the general public and consumers about rights, responsibilities and issues affecting consumers.
