THE JOHN HAY ESTATE AT THE FELLS IS A REMARKABLE PROPERTY - RICH IN NATURAL RESOURCES, WITH DIVERSE GARDENS AND HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE - A BEAUTIFUL GEM ON THE SHORE OF LAKE SUNAPEE. IT IS ONE OF NEW ENGLAND'S FINEST EXAMPLES OF AN EARLY 20TH-CENTURY SUMMER ESTATE, AND IS THE ONLY ONE STILL STANDING ON LAKE SUNAPEE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.WE STRIVE TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A PROGRAM OF PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND EDUCATION FOR THIS 83.5 ACRE HISTORIC ESTATE. WE FOSTER AN APPRECIATION FOR THE RESOURCES AND CULTURAL HISTORY ASSOCIATED WITH THE HAY FAMILY LEGACY AND WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE JOHN HAY ESTATE AT THE FELLS THROUGH CULTURAL ARTS PROGRAMS, SPEAKER SERIES, CONCERTS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND PRESENTATIONS FROM EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD.
