WE ENGAGE AND IMPROVE THE ELECTORAL PROCESS BY RECRUITING AND SUPPORTING CANDIDATES AND INITIATIVES THAT ALIGN WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION AND VALUES. WE PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE MOVEMENT POLITICS TRAINING PROGRAM THAT EQUIPS MEMBERS AND COMMUNITIES WITH THE TOOLS, SKILLS, AND RESOURCES TO BECOME ELECTED OFFICIALS AND/OR CO- GOVERNANCE LEADERS. WE COLLABORATE WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND COALITIONS TO AMPLIFY OUR IMPACT AND REACH A BROADER AUDIENCE. WE ADVOCATE FOR POLICIES AND LEGISLATION THAT ADVANCE OUR ORGANIZATION'S GOALS AND CONTRIBUTE TO A MORE JUST AND EQUITABLE SOCIETY.
