ALSO, TO CONDUCT ANY OTHER PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITES AS MAY BE CARRIED OUT BY A CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS, CHAPTER 180 AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED FOR AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, LITERARY OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, INCLUDING FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SAID SECTION 501(C)(3) OF SAID CO
