RAGTAG PRESENTS AN ANNUAL DOCUMENTARY FILM FESTIVAL THAT HIGHLIGHTS THE INNOVATIVE WORK WITH A CINEMATIC SCOPE, CREATIVE TAKES ON CONTEMPORARY CURRENTS, AND WORK THAT PROVOKES DIALOGUE ABOUT ITS SUBJECT AND THE DOCUMENTARY FORM ITSELF.
