Friends of Little Compton Wellness Center

Located at 115 East Main Road, the Little Compton Wellness Center operates two large meeting spaces where people can attend classes led by instructors and gather for meetings or social events. We also have two small private rooms where practitioners meet with clients, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely, fenced garden area along with a covered deck for outside activities. In the basement level, we house the Little Compton Food Bank, who are our tenants.Through a series of classes focusing on gentle yoga, strength training, balance, dancing, Zumba, extension exercise, tai chi as well as French conversation and quilting, the Center provides a meeting place where people can gather to socialize, exercise and stay active. We also offer by appointment the following services massage therapy, healing hands, health coaching, hypnotherapy, reflexology, acupuncture as well as monthly visits with a podiatrist and a nurse.

. The Little Compton Wellness Center has a full-time director as well as a Board of Directors who oversees the outreach initiatives, upkeep and maintenance of the building. Working together, the Director and the Board are now focused on helping the Center reach its full potential, improving the facility, as well as expanding the variety and frequency of programs and services offered to the local community. Creating more awareness of the Center through expanded outreach both in person and via marketing, social media, public events and programs is an essential component in this expansion effort.
