Dr. Greger spent the first half of 2024 on his How Not to Age book tour. He presented to thousands of people at more than 70 in-person and virtual events all around the United States, Canada, and Europe. In addition, Dr. Greger hosted a four-part webinar series based on the book's content; this series was our most popular webinar ever, drawing more than 9,000 participants.We were thrilled to hire Kristine Dennis, PhD MPH, as our first Senior Research Scientist. Along with Dr. Greger, Dr. Dennis has been researching, writing, and now narrating new NutritionFacts.org videos. We also released our first self-published bookOzempic: Risks, Benefits, and Natural Alternatives to GLP-1 Weight-Loss Drugsand plan to create more self-published books in the coming years. Lastly, our videos were watched more than 35 million times by people in more than 180 countries.
