THE PROJECT IS ALSO SUBJECT TO SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS AGREEMENTS WITH HUD, AND THE MAJOITY OF THE ORGANIZATIONS INCOME IS RECEIVED FROM HUD.
