RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT: STUDENTS WHO USED THE WELL-BEING INDEX, DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED BY TURNAROUND, REPORTED THEY ENJOYED REFLECTING ON THEIR FEELING AND FUNCTIONING THROUGH THE SELF-ASSESSMENT AND FELT MORE SELF-AWARE AND SAFER IN SCHOOLS AS A RESULT. EDUCATORS REPORTED THAT THEY APPRECIATED THE TOOL AS A CONVERSATION STARTER BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS, WHERE STUDENTS COULD SHARE FREELY WITHOUT JUDGMENT.
