Grant Programs through the NEA and DECD to re-grant the funds received. The Creative Partnership Grant and Access Grant Programs were an initiative of the NW CT Arts Council to help arts and cultural organizations continue to recover from the economic impact of the pandemic. Funding was awarded through the National Endowment of the Arts as part of the American Rescue Plan Act. The CT Office of the Arts,through the DECD, contracted with the NW CT Arts Council to manage the administration of funds to arts contractors.
