TO EXPEDITE AND ASSIST IN THE REHABILITATION OF THE VETERAN BY SPONSORING AND GIVING SUPPORT TO EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, TO RECREATIONAL ADVANTAGES, TO HOSPITALIZATION AND PERSONAL PROBLEMS, AND TO SUPPORT THE VETERAN IN ALL LEGISLATION FOR VETERANS BENEFITS. 11.
