The purpose of this organization is to combine the interests of its members in order to gain representation consistent with the other railroad and airway employees; to comply with the railway labor act as amended; and to promote their general welfare; to inculcate membership with a feeling of true brotherhood and a spirit of loyalty towards employers; to aid in cultivation of amicable relations between employers and employees; to assist in building up the standard railroad supervision to a high point of efficiency, and to the end that better service be given to the public which will ensure greater returns for both employer and employee alike.
