THE EVALUATIONS INCLUDE A PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION AND A SOCIAL HISTORY. FOLLOWED BY AN EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION AND IF NEEDED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND SPEECH THERAPY EVALUATIONS. THEY ARE THEN REFERRED TO THE NYC DOE FOR AN IEP MEETING AND RECOMMENDATION FOR SERVICES.
