Kula for Karma impacts mental health through yoga and mindfulness. Kulas mission is to bring the healing power of yoga, meditation, and stress management programs to those recovering from mental health, trauma, and addiction challenges. Our goal is to provide access to customized, whole person, wellness programs to communities impacted by the mental health crisis plaguing our nation. Since 2007 weve pioneered these programs in hospital systems, schools, treatment centers, and homeless youth and crisis centers. As innovative leaders in the behavioral health arena, we offer skills for cultivating resilience in times of stress or crisis. Kula for Karma is part of the solution. We focus on implementing restorative yoga and meditation programs backed by evidence-based science.
