THE FUNDS WERE USED TO HELP THESE FAMILIES PAY FOR A VARIETY OF ITEMS INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:ASSIST IN PAYMENTS FOR OUTSTANDING/CURRENT MEDICAL BILLSASSIST IN THE PURCHASE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTASSIST IN PAYMENTS FOR LIVING ESSENTIALS: SUPPLY STORE GIFT CARDS FOR FOOD, HOUSEHOLD NECESSITIES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND CLOTHING FOR THE CHILD/FAMILY. ASSIST IN FUNDING TOWARD BASIC UTILITY BILLSASSIST IN FUNDING TOWARDS TRANSPORTATION, LODGING, AND GAS DURING OUT OF STATE HOSPITAL VISITSASSIST IN FUNDING SPECIAL SCHOOL OR SPORTS PROGRAMSASSIST IN FUNDING THE COSTS OF PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY NEEDS OF THE CHILD
