THIS PROGRAM IS A WALK-IN SOCIAL SERVICES OFFICE STAFFED BY SOCIAL WORKERS WHO SPEAK A VARIETY OF LANGUAGES, I.E., ENGLISH, SPANISH, RUSSIAN, AND CHINESE. SERVICES INCLUDE CASE ASSISTANCE, CASE MANAGEMENT, BENEFIT AND ENTITLEMENT ASSISTANCE, COUNSELING, CRISIS INTERVENTION, HOME VISITS, INFORMATION, AND REFERRAL SERVICES. SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FIVE DAYS A WEEK AT THE 465 GRAND STREET OFFICE, AND THE STAFF IS SUPERVISED BY A CERTIFIED SOCIAL WORKER.
