PART I, LINE 4B: IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE ABILITY TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL BY PROVIDING ELIGIBLE EXECUTIVES WITH ADDITIONAL RETIREMENT BENEFITS ON A DEFERRED BASIS, FOJP SERVICE CORPORATION MAINTAINS A SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN FOR A SELECT GROUP OF MANAGEMENT, WHICH IS INTENDED TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 457(F), AND SECTION 409A OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. EXECUTIVES PARTICIPATED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN AND PAYMENTS WERE MADE ON THEIR BEHALF. THROUGH BOARD RESOLUTION, ALL PARTICIPANTS BECAME FULLY VESTED IN THE PLAN DURING 2019 DUE TO THE DISSOLUTION. PLAN PARTICIPANTS RECEIVED ALL PREVIOUSLY DEFERRED PAYMENTS MADE ON THEIR BEHALF, INCLUDING ALL EARNINGS ASSOCIATED WITH SAID PAYMENTS PRIOR TO VESTING, FOR PRIOR YEARS AND THOSE PAYMENTS MADE IN 2019. ROBERT KAUFFMAN - 352,079 NOELEEN DOELGER - 187,240 PETER KOLBERT - 559,280 ANY A) DEFERRED PAYMENTS NOT PREVIOUSLY TAXED UNDER 457(B), PLUS THE B) EARNINGS, ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH PAYMENTS UNDER 457(B) AND TAXABLE PAYMENTS UNDER 457(F), WERE REPORTED AS FEDERAL INCOME FOR SUCH PARTICIPANTS IN 2019. ALSO INCLUDED IN THE VESTING DISTRIBUTIONS WERE ANY INITIAL PAYMENTS MADE WHICH HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN TAX UNDER 457(F). ALL PAYMENTS MADE UNDER 457(B) AND ANY EARNINGS PREVIOUSLY DISCLOSED AS DEFERRED UNDER 457(B) AND 457(F) ARE DISCLOSED IN SCHEDULE J AS COMPENSATION REPORTED AS DEFERRED IN THE PRIOR FORM 990. PART I, LINE 7: IN 2019 NON-FIXED PAYMENTS WERE MADE TO CERTAIN FOJP EXECUTIVES IN THE FORM OF BONUS COMPENSATION WHICH WERE NOT CONTINGENT UPON REVENUES OR NET EARNINGS OF FOJP OR RELATED ORGANIZATIONS.
