The organization also provides efficient management services to properties which provide rental housing for low income residents. We currently provide 40 units of moderate income housing in Westchester county and are currently working to develop and improve other properties in the area.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Washingtonville Housing Alliance also provides community development programs and housing assistance for low and moderate income residents in the Mamaroneck area. WHA has run workshops on financial literacy, tenants' rights, and home ownership. WHA undertakes community outreach through local businesses and religious organizations to raise the awareness of the services provided by the organization.
