THE MEMBERSHIP ALSO INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNERS AND BUSINESSES RESIDING IN AND LOCATED IN THE PREVIOUSLY DEFINED AREA. MEMBERSHIP DUES AND ASSESSMENTS ARE USED ENTIRELY IN THE PERSUIT OF THE OBJECTIVES DEFINED ABOVE.
