IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE LAWS, BY-LAWS AND GUIDELINES OF FIFA, USSF, THE EASTERN NEW YORK STATE SOCCER ASSOCIATION (ENYSSA) AND THE EASTERN NEW YORK SOCCER REFEREE ASSOCIATION (ENYSRA) TO WORK WITH AND SUPPORT QUALIFIED ASSIGNORS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE WSRO AND SUCH ASSIGNORS, SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS, LEAGUES OR TOURNAMENTS, SAID AGREEMENTS HAVING BEEN APPROVED BY THE WSRO EXECUTIVE BOARD. 4. PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND ADVANCEMENT OF MEMBERS THROUGH ASSIGNMENT AS WELL AS INSTRUCTION (CLINICS), INFORMATION, ASSESSMENTS AND MENTORING. 5. RECRUIT AND TRAIN NEW REFEREES.
