CHILD ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM - FUNDED THROUGH THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF, HEALTH, WE ENROLL HOME BASED CHILD CARE PROVIDERS IN THIS PROGRAM, MONITOR MENUS, FOOD PREPARATION, DETERMINE THEIR ELIGIBILITY, REIMBURSE THE PROVIDERS FOR MEALS/SNACKS SERVED TO DAY CARE CHILDREN AND THEIR OWN CHILDREN IF THE PROVIDER IS INCOME ELIGIBLE.
