(5) TO PRODUCE, PUBLISH AND DISTRIBUTE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ABOUT THE PROPER CARE, TREATMENT, BREEDING, HEALTH, DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OF COLLIES.
