NSC AND NRF SHARE THE SAME MANAGEMENT AND OPERATE FOR MOST PURPOSES AS ONE, IN THE SAME PHYSICAL SPACE. IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND FULLY THE STATUS OF NRF AND NSC, THE FORMS 990 OF NRF AND NSC, WHICH ARE FILED SEPARATELY, MUST BE CONSIDERED TOGETHER AS A WHOLE.
