RED HOT RELEASED A SPRAWLING ALBUM, TRANSA, WITH OVER 100 ARTISTS AND 4 HOURS OF MUSIC TO SUPPORT THE TRANS COMMUNITY. THE ARTISTS INVOLVED RANGED FROM SOME OF THE BIGGEST STARS SUCH AS SADE, SAM SMITH AND ANDRE300 TO LESSER KNOWN TRANS ARTISTS. THE ALBUM GENERATED TENS OF MILLIONS OF STREAMS AND WAS RECENTLY NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY AWARD. WE ALSO PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED A 6 LP BOX SET AS WELL AS A SERIES OF MERCHANDISING. THE PROJECT WAS SUPPORTED BY LISTENING PARTIES ACROSS THE U.S. AND LIVE EVENTS AT THE GETTY MUSEUM IN LA AND AT POWER HOUSE IN BROOKLYN.WE ALSO CONTINUED OUR SERIES OF ALBUMS PAYING TRIBUTE TO THE LEGENDARY MUSICIAN SUN RA, WITH THE ALBUM OUTERSPACEWAYS INCORPORATED WITH LAURIE ANDERSON, TERRY RILEY AND A LEGION OF IMPORTANT MUSICIANS AND ARTISTS. THE COVER WAS CREATED BY THE WELL KNOWN VISUAL ARTIST LORNA SIMPSON.FINALLY, WE COLLABORATED WITH THE KRONOS QUARTET AND THE NOBEL COMMITTEE TO PRODUCE AND RELEASE TWO VERSIONS OF BOB DYLAN'S SONG, HARD RAIN, ABOUT ANXIETY OVER NUCLEAR WAR. THE TRACKS BROUGHT TOGETHER OVER FIFTY ARTISTS INCLUDING RINGO STAR, WILLIE NELSON, IGGY POP, OCEAN VUONG AND ASHA BHOSLE.
