THERE ARE NO FEES ATTACHED TO CHILDREN WHO HAVE QUALIFIED FOR SERVICES UNDER HEAD START STANDARDS. THE NYC ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN SERVICES (NYC ACS) SUBSIDIZES PARTICIPATION OF THOSE CHILDREN WHO HAVE QUALIFIED AS DUAL-ELIGIBLE, OR CHILD CARE. CHILDREN ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM RECEIVE 10 HOURS OF SERVICES, FIVE DAYS A WEEK, TWELVE MONTHS A YEAR.
