In 2024, Daily Work served 242 job seekers. 76% of job seekers we supported were immigrants and hailed from one of 35 different countries; 87% identified as Black, Indigenous, or Persons of Color; 45% had very limited digital literacy; 71% were unemployed at intake; 91% of new job seekers were at or below the poverty level. 70% of participants lived in Ramsey County. In addition, 29% of job seekers utilized interpreters provided by Daily Work and 12% received rides to and from Daily Work appointments Key Accomplishments: 1. Provided 1,629 individual service visits to 242 job seekers. 2. Trained and supported 12 student interns 3. Utilized 45 volunteers in a variety of capacities to augment and facilitate our organizational endeavors. 5. 100+ people recieved bus, gas and food cards, rent assistance, TECI laptop computers, driving lessons and permit test preparation, and guidance with health care, taxes and more - in addition to employment services.
