THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS TO DISCOVER THEIR OWN PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH HABILITATION. THE DEVELOPMENT OF ALL SERVICES IS BASED UPON THE TALENTS, DREAMS, WISHES AND DESIRES OF THE PEOPLE WE SERVE. WE ENVISION A FUTURE WHERE ALL PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE ACTIVE COMMUNITY PARTICIPANTS, AND ARE ACCEPTED IN ALL ASPECTS OF COMMUNITY LIFE. EACH PERSON'S QUALITY OF LIFE WILL BE ENRICHED THROUGH THEIR ENGAGEMENT IN MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES AND THE FORMATION OF RELATIONSHIPS. THE PEOPLE WE SERVICE AND THEIR FAMILIES LIVING IN CLINTON COUNTY WILL BE THE CENTER OF SERVICE, PLANNING, AND DELIVERY.
